U.S. Marine held in Mexico suffering ‘inhumane’ treatment

Instead of getting treatment for his post-traumatic stress disorder, a U.S. Marine is now confined to a Mexican prison cell, his body sometimes tied to a bed by all four limbs, a close friend told CNN.
